Tour and Wine Tasting

We’d like to invite you to a festive season tour of Coole Eco Community with a cosy wine tasting experience in our self-built yurt.

Siobhán makes wines from foraged botanicals, including elderflower, meadowsweet, dandelion and blackberry. These wines, fermented using wild yeasts are unique to the particular place and time the flowers and fruit were harvested.

Payment is in cash on the day. Book soon as places are limited.
