Introduction to Forest Gardening

June 20th 2023

Time: 7pm to 9pm

Cost: €15 – €25

Faciltator: Siobhán Lavelle

Forest gardening is a gardening practice which mimics forest eco-systems in order to grow more food in less space with less work. Forest gardens are more beautiful than conventional vegetable patches, store more carbon and provide more niches for biodiversity.

Join us for an introductory talk on the basic principles of forest gardening and how to get started. This will include a tour of forest gardening examples on site.

This will be a relaxed, interactive event with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Sliding scale is to accommodate people on lower incomes. Please pay what you can afford to help balance out costs.

Barter offers may be accepted. Please contact us to discuss this option.

Book soon as places are limited.
