You are invited to join us for a tour of Coole Eco Community followed by a cosy wine tasting experience in our yurt.
Siobhán makes artisanal wines from foraged fruit and flowers and from organic apples grown on site. She uses wild yeast fermentation, creating wines that are more complex in flavour, gentler on the body and unique to the time and place in which they were created.
The wine tasting will include 4 different wines and a local organic cheese board.
The tour will include our gardens and animals and some information on our growing methods and other activities of Coole Eco Community.

About the facilitator:
Siobhán is a qualified horticulturist with 12+ years’ experience. She has been making wine for 11 years.
